Learning & Development Manager – APAC

About the role

The Worldwide Fulfillment by Amazon Learning and Development team drives the L&D strategy for new hires and existing associates across the globe. As the APAC L&D Manager you will own the regional delivery of high‑quality training programs, partner with global leaders and ensure learning outcomes meet Amazon’s standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the global L&D strategy for the APAC region, overseeing new‑hire, functional, business‑skill and leadership training.
• Manage a regional team that supports global initiatives, set objectives and drive measurable improvement.
• Scope, plan, manage and deliver complex learning projects using various modalities such as instructor‑led sessions, workshops, videos and digital modules.
• Review and validate training materials, curriculum plans and learner engagement strategies.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, align on requirements, KPIs and priorities, and report progress to senior leadership.
• Collect, analyze and report learning impact metrics, identify knowledge gaps and propose improvement initiatives.
• Mentor and coach learning experience designers and trainers, ensuring adherence to L&D standards and best practices.

Required profile

• 5+ years of cross‑functional project delivery and program or project management experience.
• Proven experience working with both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to define program requirements and use data/metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Strong analytical skills with a track record of presenting results to senior leadership.
