Learning & Development Administrator – Bangalore

About the role

The Learning & Development Administrator will support the L&D operations team by managing end‑to‑end learning administration on Cornerstone OnDemand and related platforms. This on‑site role in Bangalore requires flexibility to work night (US) and rotational shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Administer learning programs using Cornerstone OnDemand and other LMS applications.
• Review and validate documentation in line with NASBA and CPE guidelines.
• Handle client and learner queries with strong written and verbal communication.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth L&D processes.
• Utilize ServiceNow for ticketing and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of regular full‑time education (10+2+3).
• 2‑5 years of experience in Learning & Development operations or similar.
• Willingness to work night and rotational shifts.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Bangalore.

Required skills

• Cornerstone OnDemand (LMS) administration.
• ServiceNow ticketing.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of NASBA and Continuing Professional Education (CPE) guidelines.
• Hands‑on experience with Learning Management Systems.
