Learning and Development Trainer

About the role

Expedia Group is seeking a Learning and Development Trainer to design, deliver, and assess training programs that support the global Traveler and Partner Service Platform (TPSP). You will work closely with instructional designers, operations, and quality assurance teams to enhance employee performance across a high‑pace, customer‑centric contact centre environment.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate in‑person and virtual training sessions for multiple lines of business within TPSP.
• Prepare training materials, review participant needs, and create a safe, engaging learning environment.
• Utilize diverse learning methods to meet curriculum goals and encourage active participation.
• Provide constructive feedback, monitor skill acquisition, and report outcomes to inform decision‑making.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders and external vendors to ensure consistent delivery of learning solutions.

• High level of flexibility, commitment, and ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, customer‑focused setting.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Required skills
