Learning Administration Specialist – Talent Management

About the role

Join BASF’s NA Talent Management Services Team as a Learning Administration Specialist, supporting the execution and evolution of talent strategies across North America. You will partner with HR teams and senior leaders to design, manage, and improve leadership and talent development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Project‑manage leadership and talent solutions processes, including talent pipeline events and regional leadership development activities.
• Develop end‑to‑end project plans, communication and change‑management strategies, and track progress.
• Design, develop, and execute content for new and existing programs and solutions.
• Create executive‑summary slides that translate detailed project information into high‑level insights.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and coordinate procurement for contracts.
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking of leadership and talent solutions.
• Track program budgets and ensure alignment with regional procurement.
• Interact with senior executives, HR colleagues, communications teams, and program participants.

Required profile

• University degree in Business, Economics, IT, Psychology or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in HR topics such as talent management or leadership development, preferably in a global company.
• Advanced proficiency in English for executive‑level written and oral communication.
• Strong ability to navigate ambiguous topics, ask clarifying questions, and adapt to changing requirements.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Word.
