Learning Administration Analyst – South America (MX/SA)

About the role

Join BASF's new Global Hub in India as a Learning Administration Analyst supporting Talent Strategy for South America. You will manage end‑to‑end learning administration, data analysis, and reporting to help achieve Talent Services targets.

Key responsibilities

• Publish learning offerings in the LMS, monitor enrollments, manage pre‑work requirements and cancel sessions when needed.
• Maintain SuccessFactors LMS and related employee development records.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse data on talent programs, engagement surveys and learning effectiveness for reporting.
• Support global and regional projects by testing, providing feedback and representing South America requirements and regulations.
• Assist with vendor management, coordination, follow‑up and payments.
• Develop and edit internal communication materials related to HR, learning and talent initiatives.
• Document processes, identify improvement opportunities and support automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in HR, service or global‑company environments.
• Advanced proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced global setting and on US shift timings.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with ServiceNow.
• Experience with SuccessFactors or similar LMS platforms.
