Lead – Training & Programme Delivery (Academics)

About the role

The Lead – Training & Programme Delivery (Academics) will design, implement and scale facilitator training programmes for K‑12 educators at 21K School. This onsite role in Bangalore focuses on driving pedagogical excellence, strengthening instructional practices and ensuring consistent academic quality across Indian and international curricula.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured induction and ongoing professional development programmes for facilitators.
• Train educators on age‑appropriate pedagogy for Indian (NCF, NIOS) and international (Cambridge, Edexcel) curricula.
• Develop training modules aligned with instructional frameworks such as ASKA, HOM, 5E, Learning Sciences and ATL skills.
• Collaborate with SEN teams to provide inclusive teaching strategies, accommodations and Universal Design for Learning guidance.
• Monitor live or recorded classes, provide feedback and coaching to maintain high teaching standards.
• Create and curate training resources, toolkits and facilitation guides.

Required profile

• 6–10 years of experience in training, instructional design and academic programme delivery, preferably in online or blended environments.
• Strong knowledge of Indian and international K‑12 curricula and competency‑based education.
• Proven ability to build facilitator capability and drive consistent pedagogical practices.
• Experience working with SEN and inclusive education initiatives.
