Lead Trainer, Learning and Development

About the role

This position requires you to be responsible for facilitating classroom/virtual training programs, developing content, and focusing on skills development for front‑line associates. You will also lead and manage intervention‑based learning initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver soft‑skill training programs for various business units in collaboration with department heads, including assessment and evaluation methods.
• Partner with business units to define deliverables, expectations, risks, and specific training needs.
• Identify training and development needs using available resources.
• Utilize a variety of training methodologies, techniques, tools, and practices to maximize effectiveness.
• Define ROI for each training program delivered.
• Create training courses and content that meet identified needs.
• Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all training programs.
• Act as a liaison between L&D and business units to ensure consistent practices.
• Contribute to process improvements and innovation within the L&D function.
• Maintain adherence to the organization’s code of conduct and promote teamwork.
