Lead – Tower Controlling (Sales Inventory)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead to oversee tower controlling and sales inventory across our network of plants, warehouses, depots and distribution sites. The role ensures optimal stock availability to meet sales commitments while safeguarding working capital.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels across plants, warehouses, depots and distribution locations.
• Ensure optimum stock availability to support sales requirements and customer commitments.
• Track slow‑moving, non‑moving, excess and obsolete inventory and recommend corrective actions.
• Drive inventory reduction initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Conduct periodic inventory reviews and stock reconciliation activities.
• Monitor inventory valuation and its impact on working capital.
• Track inventory‑related costs including storage, transportation and obsolescence.
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities related to inventory management.
• Identify opportunities to improve inventory planning, replenishment and control processes.
• Participate in ERP enhancement projects and process automation initiatives.
• Coordinate with Sales, SCM, Production, Finance, Logistics and Warehouse teams to communicate inventory constraints and availability updates.
• Act as a key interface between business functions for inventory‑related issues.
