Lead Technology Analyst – Full Stack Developer (React & Java)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Technology Analyst who will drive the design and delivery of cloud‑native, scalable web applications. The role blends deep Java backend expertise with modern React front‑end development, leveraging AWS infrastructure to build secure enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the technical strategy, architecture, and design decisions for full‑stack services.
• Write and review high‑quality code for Java micro‑services (Java 11, Dropwizard) and React UI (React 15.4).
• Collaborate with the AWS team to support cloud upgrades, testing, and deployment pipelines.
• Design, document, and maintain RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Optimize relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores for performance and security.
• Champion CI/CD practices using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, GitLab CI/CD, Docker, and optionally Kubernetes and Terraform.
• Mentor and conduct code reviews for internal and external development teams.
• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and security stakeholders to translate business goals into technical solutions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java 11, including concurrency, streams, and garbage collection.
• Hands‑on experience with Dropwizard, Jetty, and modern RESTful API design.
• Deep knowledge of React 15.x class components, lifecycle methods, and state management (Flux/Redux).
• Solid understanding of Linux fundamentals and AWS cloud services.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and mentor junior engineers.
