Lead Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Lead Recruitment Consultant to support our client accounts across Europe, the US, and the Middle East. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in mid‑senior to senior‑level recruitment and a strong passion for sourcing top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking events.
• Win new business and develop long‑term partnerships with clients.
• Consistently meet billing targets and key performance indicators.
• Represent a high‑performance, collaborative culture focused on growth and achievement.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future roles.
• Manage multiple open positions on a weekly basis.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Communicate proactively with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
• Participate in internal HR projects and propose process improvements.
• Produce weekly HR metrics and reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for Europe (mandatory).
• Technical recruitment experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to source candidates for niche roles in Europe.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
