About the role
Innovate with Benchmark Gensuite as a Lead Product Developer. Join a global team building unified EHS, Sustainability, and ESG digital transformation software, leveraging AI, ML, and IoT technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Project development and innovation following the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
- Product support including error resolution, troubleshooting, and minor improvements
- Participate in code reviews and skills development training
- Acquire experience in product knowledge
- Work with customer‑facing teams on solutions
- Meet timelines, prioritize tasks, and communicate with all stakeholders
- Innovate and think creatively to deliver customer‑centric solutions
Required profile
- B.E./B.Tech in Engineering/Computer Science or related technical training (highly desirable)
- 5–7 years of relevant software development experience
