About the role

The Lead Logistics Operations Team Leader is responsible for end‑to‑end supply chain management, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient resolution of operational issues. This senior position drives performance, waste reduction, and continuous improvement across sea and air logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coach, develop and support direct reports in implementing customer service strategies aligned with global standards.
• Own and manage customers' shipping and logistics needs from order to delivery, building strong relationships and expanding business.
• Monitor performance against KPIs and budgets, taking corrective actions to exceed targets.
• Analyze data to identify waste, recommend improvements, and deliver process enhancements for on‑time delivery and proactive customer notifications.
• Lead the team in meeting KPIs, handling escalations, and continuously improving end‑to‑end service delivery.
• Capture the Voice of the Customer, provide feedback, and share best practices to elevate SCM performance.
• Ensure on‑time shipment updates, system accuracy, and high CSAT/KCXI scores.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Transportation, or related operations.
• Extensive background managing large operations or customer‑service teams in the logistics sector.
• Strong understanding of commercial frameworks, documentation, and logistics products (sea, air).
• Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, present to stakeholders, and communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and escalation handling skills.
