Lead Infrastructure Architect

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure Architect to drive the design and implementation of robust, scalable infrastructure solutions using ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM. In a hybrid work model, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration, optimal performance, and alignment with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions with ServiceNow ITOM, ensuring performance and scalability.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITSM processes to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Provide strategic guidance on ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with teams to identify infrastructure needs and develop comprehensive solutions.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimize performance and reduce costs.
• Maintain compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Document designs, processes, and standards.
• Conduct assessments, workshops, and training sessions on ServiceNow technologies.
• Monitor performance, implement proactive measures, and support incident resolution.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders for third‑party integration.

Required profile

• Extensive experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions.
• Strong background in ServiceNow ITSM integration.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture.
• Excellent problem‑solving and innovative thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a hybrid environment.
• Leadership experience with mentoring and fostering continuous learning.
• Experience delivering workshops and training sessions.
