Lead Generation Executive (Telecaller)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Executive (Telecaller) to handle the daily collection, distribution and follow‑up of prospective client leads. The role ensures leads are accurately tracked, assigned to sales executives and pursued through a structured outreach schedule to maximise conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Download leads each day from Meta Business and report the total number of leads in the designated WhatsApp group.
• Distribute leads evenly among all Sales Executives, adjusting frequency (2‑3 times daily) based on lead flow.
• Execute a five‑step follow‑up process: Day 1 morning call, WhatsApp greeting and catalogue PDF; Day 1 evening call and reminder; Day 3 call and WhatsApp follow‑up; Day 5 call and WhatsApp follow‑up; Day 7 final call and closing WhatsApp message.
• Submit end‑of‑day reports in the “Lead Assignment” group and maintain complete documentation of all lead‑related activities.
• Monitor daily targets and ensure timely hand‑over of qualified leads to the sales team.

Required profile

• Strong communication and tele‑calling abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet daily targets.
• Proficiency with WhatsApp and basic digital reporting tools.
• Capability to manage leads efficiently following a structured process.
