Lead Generation Executive

About the role

The Lead Generation Executive is responsible for converting inbound interest into qualified sales opportunities and supporting the sales team with a steady pipeline of prospects. You will engage with prospects across multiple channels, understand their needs, and schedule product demonstrations.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to inbound leads received via calls, WhatsApp, email and other channels.
• Qualify leads against predefined criteria and capture accurate information in the CRM.
• Schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with interested prospects to maximise demo bookings.
• Coordinate lead handover to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead qualification, demo scheduling and conversions.
• Perform outbound prospecting and cold‑calling when inbound volume is low.
• Generate interest using existing databases and provided customer lists.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and a professional phone presence.
• Ability to understand customer requirements quickly and ask relevant qualifying questions.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑oriented mindset.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
