About the role
The Lead Financial Control & Accounting role is responsible for overseeing all finance, accounting, and related administrative functions at the Jio Center in Bharuch. You will act as a key business partner, ensuring compliance, efficient vendor management, and smooth cash operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage finance and accounting activities at the Jio Center.
- Drive end‑to‑end vendor management, from procurement to payments.
- Oversee administration and HR‑related tasks for the center.
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliance requirements.
- Manage assets, coordinate internal and external audits, and monitor audit findings.
- Resolve cash‑related issues in collaboration with the Operation Center.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Commerce degree.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or related functions.
Required skills
- Strong knowledge of core finance and accounting principles.
- Vendor management capabilities.
- Negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Problem‑solving and detail‑orientation.
- Business partnering and service orientation.
