Lead Engineer – Dry Utility (Infrastructure)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Engineer – Dry Utility (Infrastructure) to join AECOM’s Energy team in Bengaluru, India. The role offers the chance to work on high‑impact energy projects worldwide while expanding technical expertise in a collaborative, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific portions of broader engineering assignments and gather basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Execute detailed calculations and simple tests for electrical, street‑lighting, telecom and related systems.
• Develop and propose solutions for new problems, adapting standard methods from previous projects.
• Identify discrepancies in results and provide guidance to entry‑level engineers.
• Deliver work within agreed budget and schedule with minimal supervision, completing primary design elements independently.

Required profile

• B.Tech or Master of Engineering in a relevant discipline from an accredited institution.
• 5–10 years of engineering experience, preferably with exposure to projects outside India (Middle East, UK, USA, Canada, ANZ).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Dialux.
• Proficiency with AGI.
• Proficiency with Lighting Reality.
• Proficiency with Amtech.
• Proficiency with ETAP.
