About the role

Lead the Analytics team at Cvent, a global meetings and events technology provider. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of data‑driven insights, turning raw data into decision‑ready information that powers commercial teams and strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Execute data querying, transformation and dashboarding to provide timely insights.
• Develop and maintain visual analytics solutions for stakeholders.
• Storytell data findings to business partners, enabling rapid decision making.
• Lead and mentor a growing analytics team, raising the quality bar and fostering best practices.
• Collaborate with AI initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a data analytics practitioner ready to assume a lead role.
• Strong ability to work closely with business stakeholders and translate questions into analytical solutions.
• Track record of improving data governance and insight delivery speed.
