Lead - Corporate Communication

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Lead for Corporate Communication to shape and execute our communication strategy, protect our brand reputation, and act as the primary spokesperson. This senior role will guide a dedicated communications team and collaborate across the organization to ensure consistent messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Lead the corporate communications team in PR campaigns, media relations, and internal communications.
• Manage external communications, including press releases, media inquiries, and public announcements.
• Serve as the company’s spokesperson and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners.
• Oversee crisis communication planning and response.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and media coverage to inform proactive strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
• Provide strategic counsel to senior leadership and support employee engagement initiatives.
• Measure and analyze campaign effectiveness, refining strategies based on data insights.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within the airports or aviation sector.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
• Extensive experience in crisis communication and issues management.
• Strong network with media outlets and industry influencers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Professional certification in Public Relations or Corporate Communications is a plus.
