Lead Associate – Instock Analyst

About the role
Myntra is looking for a Lead Associate – Instock Analyst to join its Hyperlocal Planning team. In this role you will ensure that stock availability across hyperlocal categories meets customer demand while keeping inventory health optimal.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and improve in‑stock rates for hyperlocal product categories.
- Align operational capacity with demand forecasts to drive growth.
- Use historical data and market trends to generate accurate stock forecasts.
- Identify potential supply‑chain disruptions and implement risk‑mitigation actions.
- Provide data‑driven insights and performance metrics to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with SCM, Business Operations and other cross‑functional teams to streamline procurement and inventory workflows.
Required profile
- 2–7 years of experience in inventory, demand management or operations planning.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to work on large data sets.
- Experience in fast‑paced retail or e‑commerce environments.
- Proven stakeholder‑management skills.
