Lead Associate - Digital Marketing

About the role

Myntra is seeking a creative and results‑driven Lead Associate to shape and execute its digital marketing strategy across multiple channels. You will own the end‑to‑end performance of paid, social, SEO and influencer campaigns, driving conversions and revenue for the fashion e‑commerce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive online marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, covering SEM, SMM, SEO and influencer marketing.
• Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Conduct keyword research and execute SEO tactics to improve organic rankings and traffic.
• Lead integrated campaigns with influencers, affiliate partners and UPI platforms.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, SEMrush and other analytics tools.
• Collaborate with design and creative teams to produce engaging paid‑media assets.
• Manage media budgets, optimise for ROI and meet KPI targets.
• Act as the cross‑functional anchor between category, product, creative and broader marketing teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in e‑commerce or fashion.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with multi‑disciplinary teams.
