About the role
The firm is seeking an experienced lawyer to join its Bangalore office, focusing on banking, finance and real estate matters. The successful candidate will support corporate transactions and conduct due diligence for real‑estate projects.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review and negotiate loan agreements, financing documents and related contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive real‑estate due diligence, including title searches and regulatory compliance.
- Assist senior partners in corporate M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions.
- Provide legal advice on banking, finance and real‑estate regulatory issues.
- Support dispute resolution and arbitration matters as required.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer with 5–7 years of post‑qualification experience (PQE).
- Demonstrated experience in banking‑finance transactions within a law firm.
- Exposure to real‑estate due diligence and related legal work.
- Strong analytical and drafting abilities.
