Law Associate – Corporate & SARFAESI Cases

About the role

MVS LAW CHAMBERS is seeking a full‑time Law Associate to support its corporate law practice, with a particular focus on SARFAESI Act matters. The role is based on‑site in Telangana and offers the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers on complex litigation and corporate transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing case files, drafting legal documents, and reviewing filings.
• Coordinate with company legal managers, counsel, and clients to gather information and track case timelines.
• Support senior lawyers during court proceedings, hearings, and trials.
• Research case law, statutes, and precedents to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure confidentiality of client information.

Required profile

• LL.B or equivalent degree from an accredited institution; Bar Council enrollment preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of court practice, preferably in corporate or litigation settings.
• Strong foundation in corporate law, especially NBFC, HFI, HFC, and SARFAESI cases.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously and work collaboratively.
