Laundry Delivery Staff – Customer Pickup & Delivery

About the role

We are looking for reliable Laundry Delivery Staff to handle the pickup and delivery of garments, ensuring timely and safe service for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collect garments from customers at scheduled pickup times and ensure they are correctly logged.
• Deliver cleaned and packed garments safely, verifying the correct items are handed to each customer.
• Perform order verification by checking customer name, order number, garment count and delivery details before dispatch.
• Inspect garments and packages for visible damage or missing items and report any issues.
• Handle cash or online payments, provide receipts and submit collected funds to the accounts team.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes using navigation apps to maintain punctuality.
• Update delivery status in the company system, obtain customer signature or OTP where required.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the delivery vehicle and ensure it is in good working condition.
• Coordinate with laundry processing, billing and customer service teams regarding delays or special instructions.
• Adhere to traffic and safety regulations and wear the prescribed uniform and ID badge.
