Language & Soft Skills Trainer

About the role

Teleperformance is seeking a dedicated trainer to deliver language, communication and soft‑skills training to agents operating in an international BPO environment. The role is based in Gurgaon and involves supporting night‑shift operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions covering language proficiency, voice and accent (V&A), communication techniques and soft‑skill development.
• Prepare and update training materials tailored to the BPO’s international processes.
• Coach agents on voice quality and handling, using VNA and voice‑coach methodologies.
• Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to ensure service quality.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a trainer in a BPO or call‑centre environment, preferably on an international process.
• Graduation degree (any discipline) is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work night‑shift schedules.

Required skills

• Experience with VNA (Voice Network Analysis) and voice‑coach techniques.
• Proven ability to deliver language, communication and soft‑skills training in the BPO sector.
