Language Interpreter – Customer Support (English + Gujarati/Nepali/French)

About the role

We are seeking a remote Language Interpreter to join our customer support team. The successful candidate will facilitate clear communication between English‑speaking customers and speakers of Gujarati, Nepali, or French during phone and video interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately interpret spoken conversations from English to Gujarati/Nepali/French and vice‑versa.
• Maintain neutrality and confidentiality while delivering interpretation services.
• Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines for all interactions.
• Work night shifts for the first three months (US & UK coverage) and later rotate across day and night shifts.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th grade education; diploma or graduate degree is a plus.
• Fluent in English and one of Gujarati, Nepali, or French.
• For French, at least B2 certification or B1 with six months experience or a degree in French.
• Ability to work five days a week with two rotational days off.

Required skills

• Excellent listening and verbal communication abilities.
• Strong command of the selected second language and English.
• Flexibility to adapt to rotational shift schedules, including night shifts.
