The Landside Post-Approval Charges Team Specialist supports day‑to‑day landside operations, ensuring efficient truck and rail transportation of cargo and containers. Working within defined guidelines, the role coordinates transport activities, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex issues as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned landside operational activities for truck and rail transport.
• Coordinate and monitor transport activities to ensure timely cargo movement.
• Execute standardized operational and administrative processes according to established procedures.
• Track shipments, transport milestones, and operational activities for accurate execution.
• Maintain operational records, documentation, and system information.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth transport execution.
• Handle routine queries, follow‑ups, and exceptions within defined processes.
• Identify operational issues, apply corrective actions, and escalate non‑routine matters.
• Apply technical and practical knowledge to execute tasks effectively.
• Support process adherence and adapt to changes through training and on‑the‑job experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in landside operations, logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred.
• Basic understanding of truck and rail transportation processes.
