Landscaper Laborer – General Lawn Maintenance

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated Landscaper Laborer to perform general lawn and garden maintenance. You will help our customers enjoy a beautiful, healthy outdoor environment throughout the year.

Key responsibilities

• Apply fertilizers and other treatments to promote plant growth.
• Remove weeds, dead plants, and overgrown limbs, hedges, and leaves.
• Plant decorative bushes, flowers, shrubs, and other vegetation.
• Supervise repairs to equipment, landscape structures, outdoor furniture, and walkways.
• Advise clients on proper landscape care and maintenance.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Attention to detail to maintain design integrity.

Required skills

• Fertilizer application.
• Weed and dead‑plant removal.
• Pruning and trimming of limbs, hedges, and leaves.

• Basic equipment maintenance and repair supervision.
