Laborer – Plastic Factory General Helper

About the role
Tejus Packaging is seeking a reliable Laborer to support daily operations in its plastic manufacturing facility in Delhi. The role involves assisting with a variety of tasks to keep the production line running smoothly and safely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading and unloading of raw plastics.
- Support production staff by preparing workstations and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the factory floor.
- Perform basic machine cleaning and routine checks.
- Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly.
Required profile
- Hardworking and dependable attitude.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Physical stamina for standing, lifting and moving items.
- Willingness to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
Required skills
- No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
