Laboratory Technician – Textile Testing

About the role

We are looking for a Laboratory Technician to join our Textile Testing Laboratory in Gurugram. The role involves supporting the testing and quality assurance of textile materials, ensuring compliance with defined standards and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform sampling and testing of textile materials according to established testing standards and SOPs.
• Operate and handle laboratory test equipment following prescribed procedures.
• Accurately record test results and maintain proper documentation.
• Adhere to quality, safety and compliance guidelines throughout all testing activities.
• Assist senior laboratory staff with routine and specialized testing tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory and testing instruments.

Required profile

• B.Tech/Diploma in Textile Engineering or M.Sc. in Textiles, Chemistry or a related field.
• Strong technical understanding of textile testing concepts.
• Basic knowledge of testing standards and laboratory practices.
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Good analytical and observation skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a laboratory environment.
• 0‑1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
