About the role
The Laboratory Assistant will support the daily operations of the Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) laboratories at Amritapuri. This role ensures that practical sessions run smoothly, students receive guidance during experiments, and the lab environment remains safe and well‑maintained.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment and inventory.
- Assist faculty members during practical classes and demonstrations.
- Provide technical assistance to students conducting experiments.
- Support research projects and other technical activities within the labs.
- Keep accurate records of consumables, equipment usage, and safety checks.
Required profile
- Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
- Good communication skills to interact with faculty and students.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by lab schedules.
