L2 System Administrator – Patch Management & Intune

About the role

We are seeking an experienced L2 System Administrator to lead patch management and device administration across our enterprise environment. The role focuses on ensuring Windows systems are secure, up‑to‑date, and compliant while supporting Microsoft 365 services.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, schedule, deploy and monitor Windows and application patches on servers, desktops and laptops.
• Maintain patch deployment calendars, execute installations during maintenance windows and produce compliance reports.
• Administer SCCM/SSCM for software updates, device collections and application deployments.
• Manage Windows devices via Microsoft Intune, including policies, configuration profiles, Autopilot enrollment and compliance monitoring.
• Perform basic Microsoft 365/Office 365 administration – user, license and group management.
• Provide L2 support for Windows desktop and server environments, troubleshoot OS, performance and application issues.
• Document procedures, support incident/problem/change processes and coordinate with L3 teams.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in Windows system administration and patch management.
• Hands‑on experience with SCCM/SSCM and Microsoft Intune.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident, change and problem management.
