L2 IT Administrator – Client Support

About the role

The L2 Administrator will be responsible for resolving, maintaining and managing client software, hardware and network environments based on service requests. The role ensures timely ticket handling, adherence to SLA commitments and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to all client tickets promptly and provide solutions within defined SLA timeframes.
• Act as custodian of client network, servers, storage, platforms and related infrastructure, ensuring proper functioning.
• Perform root‑cause analysis on incidents, create action plans and prevent recurrence.
• Install and configure software and hardware as required by service requests.
• Provide application and user access, maintain backups of critical data and logs.
• Coordinate with on‑site teams for complex issues and ensure zero escalations.
• Monitor chat‑bot logs and verify that all service requests are resolved in a timely manner.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in IT support or system administration.
• Strong understanding of Windows Server environments and SLA management.
• Ability to analyse incidents, document solutions and communicate effectively with clients.
