KST Associate – Kitchen Steward

About the role

Join Hilton’s Conrad Bengaluru as a KST Associate and become the backbone of the kitchen team. You will ensure that all serviceware and kitchen areas are spotless, supporting seamless guest experiences and memorable stays.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and polish all chinaware, silverware, cooking utensils, pots, pans, and burnish silver.
• Monitor and organise stock levels of supplies and equipment for smooth service.
• Perform routine kitchen cleaning tasks, including mopping floors and removing trash.
• Prepare and set up clean serviceware for banquets, functions and other events.
• Train and mentor new stewards, sharing best practices to strengthen team performance.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol‑awareness regulations.

Required profile

• Junior Middle School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel (preferred).
• Ability to operate and maintain cleaning equipment.
• Passion for hospitality, integrity, teamwork and ownership.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP principles (preferred).
• Operation of commercial cleaning equipment.
