Kitchen Stewarding Executive

About the role

The Kitchen Stewarding Executive will ensure the kitchen areas at our hotel maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Working on‑site in Hyderabad, you will support chefs and food‑preparation teams by providing a safe, hygienic environment throughout all service periods.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and order of dishwashing stations, storage spaces, and kitchen equipment.
• Ensure hygiene standards are consistently met and safety procedures are followed.
• Coordinate waste management and sanitation activities.
• Monitor and replenish inventory of cleaning supplies.
• Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to provide clean tools and workspaces.
• Assist in implementing safety and sanitation protocols during all service periods.

Required profile

• Experience in food preparation or cooking to support kitchen operations.
• Strong hygiene and sanitation knowledge.
• Effective communication and customer‑service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
• Prior experience in kitchen stewarding or hospitality operations (advantageous).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment handling and maintenance.
