About the role

Encalm Hospitality Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a full‑time Kitchen Refrigeration Technician to join its on‑site team in North Goa. The technician will ensure that all kitchen refrigeration and HVAC equipment operate reliably, supporting the company’s airport hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on all refrigeration units.
Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration equipment.
Maintain and repair HVAC systems that serve the kitchen.
Work safely with electrical components related to refrigeration and HVAC.
Ensure continuous, smooth operation of kitchen climate control systems.

Required profile

Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of refrigeration and HVAC systems.
Ability to work safely with electricity and HVAC equipment.
Knowledge of maintenance and repair processes for kitchen cooling units.
Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
Degree or relevant certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
