Key Account Sales Manager

About the role

The Key Account Sales Manager will lead the acquisition and growth of high‑potential key accounts in the infrastructure and heavy‑industry sectors. Based in Ahmedabad, you will drive sales performance, manage relationships, and ensure profitable outcomes for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Manage existing key accounts and acquire new high‑potential accounts in infrastructure and heavy industry.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel and order‑in‑hand pipeline to sustain continuous regional growth.
• Ensure applicator capacity aligns with business targets and projected budgets.
• Build relationship indexes and increase business share with key accounts and channel partners.
• Finalize contracts with infrastructure and heavy‑industry clients, coordinating with subsidiaries and applicators to maximize win probability.
• Collect timely payments through channels and applicators.
• Present at sales conferences and events to showcase solutions.
• Achieve sales and order objectives by value, product, and segment for assigned geographies and customers.
• Identify key accounts, map influencer networks, and classify accounts based on relationship criteria.
• Gather stakeholder feedback, derive insights, and monitor competitor activities.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of project‑sales experience serving infrastructure and heavy‑industry markets, preferably with a waterproofing background.
