Key Account Manager – Premium Tile Sales (Hyderabad)

About the role

The Key Account Manager will lead business development for premium tile collections, building strong relationships with architects, interior designers and specifiers. Based in Hyderabad, you will drive sales for luxury residential, hospitality and commercial projects, ensuring our brand becomes the preferred choice for high‑end specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and manage key architects, designers and developers for project‑based sales.
• Develop long‑term partnerships with top architecture firms to secure specifications and orders.
• Track project pipelines, coordinate specification to order fulfillment, and achieve sales targets.
• Present tile solutions to clients, collaborate with internal teams for timely delivery and quality service.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and provide feedback to product development.
• Represent the company at design events, trade shows and industry exhibitions.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of key account management or project sales experience in building materials, preferably tiles.
• Extensive network within the architecture and interior design community.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in premium markets.

Required skills

• Zoho CRM (or similar CRM tools) proficiency.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinking and ability to develop long‑term account plans.
• Technical understanding of tile specifications and premium building materials.
