Key Account Manager

About the role

As a Key Account Manager you will be the primary liaison for our most valuable clients, driving satisfaction, retention and revenue growth across major e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client objectives are met and opportunities for upselling are maximised.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans that outline growth objectives and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Communicate the value proposition of our products and negotiate contracts that benefit both parties.
• Address client issues promptly and coordinate solutions with relevant departments.
• Monitor account performance metrics—including revenue, satisfaction and retention—and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to inform account strategies.
• Collaborate with marketing to design targeted campaigns for key accounts.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 + years of experience in a similar key account or sales role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strategic thinking and analytical mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
