Key Account Manager

About the role

Pepagora is seeking a dedicated Key Account Manager to lead relationships with its most strategic B2B marketplace clients. Based in Chennai, you will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth through tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans that align with client business objectives.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
• Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and drive revenue growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports, forecasts, and data‑driven insights.
• Handle escalations, provide high‑quality customer service, and relay feedback for product improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing strategic or high‑value B2B accounts.
• Strong analytical and business planning abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Background in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, or digital platforms is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
