About the role
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving volume and net sales value across a portfolio of strategic accounts in the HORECA and institutional sectors. You will build strong, long‑term relationships with high‑profile customers, ensuring the brand is the preferred choice in venues such as banquets and restaurants.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve volume and Net Sales Value targets for assigned accounts.
- Execute brand‑building activities, including availability, visibility, pricing, activation and promotion.
- Manage A&P and trade‑spend budgets according to the activation calendar.
- Increase share of voice through through‑the‑line activations, trial generation and drink‑strategy deployment.
- Enhance brand visibility at the point of decision and participate in evening or weekend promotions and events.
Required profile
- 6‑8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in HORECA or institutional sales in India.
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to collaborate across internal matrix teams.
- Strong negotiation, written and verbal communication, and relationship‑building skills.
- Analytical mindset with planning capabilities and numerical aptitude.
- Resilient, motivated, organized and able to implement plans effectively.
