Key Account Manager – Industrial UPS OEM

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead and expand our Industrial UPS OEM business in Pune. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with OEM customers, driving sales growth, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with Industrial UPS OEM customers in the assigned territory.
• Identify and acquire new OEM accounts to increase market presence.
• Develop account plans and execute strategies to meet sales targets.
• Coordinate with technical, application engineering, and service teams to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Generate inquiries, prepare techno‑commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Track project pipelines from lead generation to order closure.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and post‑sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and periodic business reports.

Required profile

• B.Tech degree.
• 5–10 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in Industrial UPS, power electronics, electrical equipment, or related industrial solutions.

Required skills

• Power electronics understanding.
