Key Account Manager – HORECA (Goa)

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious Key Account Manager to lead the HORECA business for Borecha Functional Beverages across Goa. The successful candidate will build long‑term partnerships with cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts and premium hospitality chains, driving sales growth and brand visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand Borecha’s presence across cafés, restaurants, hotels, resorts and other HORECA accounts.
• Identify, approach and onboard new key accounts throughout Goa.
• Develop strong relationships with owners, procurement teams, F&B managers and other decision‑makers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure their successful execution.
• Achieve monthly sales targets, drive revenue growth and support market expansion.
• Plan and execute product launches, activations, tastings and promotional initiatives.
• Ensure optimal product visibility, menu placement and merchandising in partner outlets.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide regular market insights.
• Coordinate closely with distributors and internal teams to guarantee timely order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare regular sales reports, account reviews and business development plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality or beverage sector.
• Strong relationship‑building and negotiation abilities.
• Result‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent market awareness and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Effective coordination skills to work with distributors and internal departments.
• Ability to produce clear, data‑driven reports and presentations.
