Key Account Manager – E‑Commerce (Flipkart)

About the role

As a Key Account Manager – E‑Commerce at HARMAN Lifestyle, you will drive growth and performance of the company’s audio portfolio on the Flipkart marketplace. You will partner with internal teams and external stakeholders to design and execute platform‑specific strategies that increase sales, strengthen relationships, and protect margins.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Flipkart, sellers, and internal stakeholders, including regular face‑to‑face meetings.
• Achieve sales targets by developing and implementing platform‑level growth initiatives and partnership programs.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to secure product visibility and participate in platform‑based promotional events.
• Coordinate with the Key Distributor to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled according to stock availability.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity through data analysis to anticipate customer behavior and adjust strategies.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of experience in sales, business development, or e‑commerce.
• Proven track record managing major e‑commerce marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
• Experience in multi‑market sales, preferably within audio manufacturing or consumer electronics.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) is required.
• Ability to travel for customer meetings and a strong aptitude for using AI tools to improve efficiency.
