Key Account Manager – eCommerce Fashion & Apparel

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Key Account Manager to own and grow our fashion and apparel eCommerce relationships. You will act as the primary liaison for top online retailers, driving sales and ensuring seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key fashion and apparel accounts.
• Drive sales growth and meet targets through strategic account planning.
• Conduct market analysis to spot new opportunities and emerging trends in eCommerce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to launch marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor account performance, prepare regular reports, and present insights to senior management.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing issues promptly.
• Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of key account management experience in the fashion/apparel sector.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (functions, data analysis, forecasting).
• Hands‑on experience with major eCommerce platforms such as Myntra, Ajio, FirstCry, Nykaa and Flipkart.
