Key Account Manager - E Commerce

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager – E‑Commerce to drive the online growth of our Gala household product portfolio in India. Reporting to the Digital Account Manager, you will own the strategy, negotiations and performance of our top e‑commerce customers such as Amazon and other leading marketplaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute joint sales and marketing plans with the Digital Account Manager to align off‑take and buying forecasts.
• Negotiate trade terms and close agreements with key online retailers.
• Design and launch monthly promotions that meet budget constraints while delivering profitable volume growth.
• Build and maintain deep relationships with Amazon and other top e‑commerce partners, defining assortments and go‑to‑market strategies for each format.
• Prepare and present Joint Business Plans (JBP) to customers, obtain approval and conduct quarterly performance reviews.
• Identify and activate new online channels, ensuring Gala products are available across all relevant digital marketplaces.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 5 years of sales experience in FMCG or electronics, with a minimum of 2 years focused on online sales or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of managing key accounts and delivering growth on e‑commerce platforms.
