Key Account Manager – Corporate Channel

About the role

MyBiz, the corporate travel management platform of MakeMyTrip, is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive growth and deepen relationships with large corporate clients. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring seamless service delivery and expanding the wallet share across existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by activating new lines of business and increasing wallet share within large corporate accounts.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through proactive issue resolution, operational excellence, and zero churn.
• Lead Quarterly Joint Business Reviews (JBRs) to align performance, uncover opportunities, and reinforce strategic partnership.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, supply, and product teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Required profile

• Postgraduate degree from a reputed institute.
• 5–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Client Engagement.
• Proven track record of conducting Quarterly Business Reviews and managing multi‑level client relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset with data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust.
