Key Account Manager – Cab Supply

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our cab vendor and corporate supply partnerships across India. Reporting to the Associate Director – Cabs Supply, you will drive supply participation, ensure vendor sufficiency and quality, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless transportation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Engage and manage relationships with large partners across Airport Transfers, Outstation, Hourly Rental and Corporate Cab businesses.
• Own end‑to‑end partner accounts, monitor performance metrics and drive sustainable business growth.
• Travel across assigned cities to meet partners, provide insights, and recommend improvements based on industry best practices.
• Analyze data, prepare reports and present findings to senior stakeholders.
• Negotiate contracts and program charters to achieve top‑line and bottom‑line targets.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and corporate account managers to ensure seamless execution of supply initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in key account or vendor management within transportation, logistics or related sectors.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across India.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders.
