Key Account Manager – B2B Sales

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Key Account Manager to join our sales team in Sanaswadi. The role focuses on managing and expanding strategic B2B accounts within the manufacturing and industrial sectors, delivering superior customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow existing key accounts, identifying new business opportunities.
• Manage relationships across procurement, operations, quality, and leadership teams.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and collections.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales or strategic account roles.
• Proven track record of growing accounts and handling international customers.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering or automotive sectors.
• Based in or willing to work from Sanaswadi.

Required skills

• SAP knowledge.
