Key Account Manager – B2B Sales (Field)

About the role
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive B2B sales across Lucknow, Kanpur, Bilaspur and Raipur. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate customers and expanding relationships with existing accounts, promoting Airtel’s portfolio of data, voice, broadband, cloud and fixed‑line solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities in the corporate segment.
- Manage and grow existing enterprise accounts through upselling and cross‑selling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision‑makers in client organisations.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet revenue targets.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer needs.
- Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely implementation and post‑sales support.
Required profile
- Graduate degree with at least 1 year of field sales experience.
- Proven ability to work independently in a 100 % field‑sales environment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territories.
Required skills
- In‑depth knowledge of telecom products such as data, voice, broadband, fixed‑line and cloud services.
- Understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions.
- Familiarity with cloud‑based enterprise offerings.
